About Me
I’m Alysse Rodriguez, a nonprofit operations leader with more than 15 years of experience in advocacy organizations, member networks and associations. Over the last decade I’ve seen how often teams have grappled with uncertainty —from leadership transitions to escalating digital and physical security threats, major funding cuts and funding windfalls.
My work has included capacity building to scale globally distributed teams, implementing IT and cybersecurity infrastructure and training, and scenario planning for future uncertainty. I shifted into consulting to help more nonprofits build the capacity and decision-making pathways they need to navigate the rapidly shifting nonprofit environment more effectively.
My approach focuses on analyzing internal vulnerabilities so organizations have a clear understanding of the challenges on the horizon—and the roadmaps and tools they need to meet the current moment.
