About Me
I’m Alysse Rodriguez, a nonprofit operations leader with more than 15 years of experience in advocacy organizations, member networks and associations. Over the last decade I’ve seen how often teams have struggled with change and uncertainty —from leadership transitions to escalating digital and physical security threats, the rise of AI, and major policy and funding shifts.
My work has included capacity building to scale globally distributed teams, implementing IT and cybersecurity infrastructure and training, and scenario planning for future uncertainty. I transitioned into consulting to help more nonprofits and social impact organizations build the capacity and resilience they need to navigate change and prepare for the future.
My approach is grounded in inclusion, accessibility, and equity so that plans, systems, and processes are human centered, mission aligned, and adaptable for sustainable growth and long-term impact.
